Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The MyPort.al Referral Program (“Program”) allows eligible users to earn AI credits by referring new users to MyPort.al. When someone signs up using your referral link or code, you may receive credits that can be used for AI-powered features within the platform.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Have an active MyPort.al account in good standing
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Comply with these terms and our general Terms of Service

MyPort.al reserves the right to restrict or revoke Program participation for any user at any time.

3. How It Works

You may share your unique referral link or custom referral code with others. When a new user:

• Clicks your referral link or enters your code during registration
• Creates a new MyPort.al account
• Confirms their email address (if required)

…you may receive credits as a reward. Credits are typically awarded after the referred user completes signup. Reward amounts may vary and are subject to change.

4. Rewards

Rewards are paid in AI credits only. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, or other compensation. Credit amounts for referrals are set by MyPort.al and may be adjusted at any time. Current reward amounts are displayed in the Referrals module and may differ for signup vs. subscription conversions.

Credits are added to your account balance and appear in your credit history. They can be used for AI features such as image generation, video generation, daily summaries, and other premium features as described in our pricing and feature documentation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of credits, suspension, or termination of your account:

• Self-referral: Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself
• Fake referrals: Using fake emails, bots, or automated signups
• Spam: Sending unsolicited or bulk messages to promote your referral link
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating MyPort.al or misleading others about the Program
• Incentivized traffic: Offering cash, prizes, or other incentives solely to sign up (unless expressly permitted)
• Abuse: Any other conduct we determine to be fraudulent or abusive

6. Modifications

MyPort.al may modify these terms, reward amounts, or the Program at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes, such as by posting updated terms on this page or in the Referrals module. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

MyPort.al may suspend or terminate the Program, or your participation in it, at any time without notice. Upon termination, you will retain any credits already credited to your account, subject to our general Terms of Service and account policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPort.al and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of credits you have earned through the Program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. General

These Referral Program Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Referral Program Terms govern with respect to the Program. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
